Made to order policy

A selection of our styles are also available made to order. Before placing an order through our website please contact sales@fionao-neill.com . Our team can better discuss your needs and a timeframe for delivery. Our team will do our best to have your item made and delivered as soon as possible.

Return and exchange policy

For in-stock sales – If you are unhappy with your order, we can arrange to replace the item or refund the item when notified within 14 days of shipping your order. 

For made-to-order sales – We will not be carrying any stock of these styles (as all is made to order) but we do have the capacity to reproduce all pieces of clothing. Please allow the made-to-order lead time stated in the description for delivery of a replacement, our team will do our best to have your item delivered before this time.

The sender is responsible for return/exchange shipping Costs, Taxes, and Duties charges for a return. Please contact studio@fionao-neill.com prior to sending a return or exchange and we will process accordingly. All returns will be processed within up to 7 days of being received. We hold the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

Shipping policy and delivery

The customer is liable for the cost of shipping, taxes, and duties charged by their county of residence. We will do our utmost to ensure your order receives the most efficient shipping possible. All orders placed will be tracked and recorded. Shipping, duties, and taxes can be calculated at the checkout by DHL. 

Payment system

Customers can pay safely and securely through PayPal using our online store.
